Providing students with an individualized entrepreneurial experience beyond classroom guest speakers can be challenging. Obtaining internships for each student can be difficult. An effective alternative is providing the student with an entrepreneurial experience that is personalized to their business, social and local interests. This approach engages the students in selecting the experience that is most meaningful to them, demonstrates the importance of entrepreneurship in their own community and provides them the opportunity to reflect on their own business's goals.
