This session will be an interactive discussion in which a sitting college president, former college board chair, and vice president for institutional advancement teamed together and adopted a business model to provide institutional leadership strategies to shape the internal college culture for entrepreneurial success. The result is a college wide culture of "best practices" that has enabled the development of a dynamic institutional culture that includes administration, faculty, and staff working together focused on "student success" (customer satisfaction) as the overarching priority of the college. The session will provide an overview of the specific examples that were implemented to establish and enrich a culture of entrepreneurism.
