Effectively coaching an entrepreneur is not always about planning a business or getting a new venture up and operational. Today's entrepreneurs often come with families, personal responsibilities or other financial obligations. Business coaches have to work with the entrepreneur as a whole. They must help them balance their business venture with the life they have already established. Coaches must share their business knowledge as well as impart to the entrepreneur an understanding on how the 'entrepreneurial lifestyle' affects those in their lives.
