This workshop addresses psychological, legal and financial concerns of families with special needs children during divorce. Issues addressed include co–parenting, custody, spousal support, medical expenses, education, emancipation, estate and future planning. The context of the couples' adjustment to the special need is reviewed. Sibling issues are also addressed.
