An experienced team of Collaborative professionals will offer an innovative model to explore practical, legal and ethical challenges which surface during the termination process. Participants will learn to assess early danger signs on the "Collaborative Highway", explore options to correct the course, such as changing lanes (goals, agenda), gears (speeds) or passengers (team members) and, most importantly, to exit when necessary without causing unnecessary fatalities to the parties or process.
