Description: |
Repeated from NACE 2009, expanded to 3 hours
In business today there are only two ways to increase profit…increase revenues or reduce costs. With today’s business climate increasing revenue has become very difficult, so it is timely to focus on reducing costs. Unfortunately, cutting costs for the sake of just cutting costs, IS NOT the solution, or is buying “cheap”. It is important to understand the value received as well as the value provided, and to examine areas where many shop owners don’t take the time to review.
The workshop will cover cost of goods areas such as labor pay plans, parts, paint and materials, and sublets. It will also explore many common expenses that most shop owners are not aware of the savings potential. |
