OSHA has recently published its final cranes and derricks rule, some of the requirements come into effect as soon as Nov. 9, 2010. Certain certification requirements will now apply to digger derrick operators. Operator requirements will come into effect in Nov. of 2014.
This seminar will include an explanation of the revisions of the new crane certification ruling. This introductory seminar will highlight the key changes and the certification requirements that will affect signalman, riggers, and operators. This rule will impact both the inside and the outside but from different angles. This course is designed to give participants a head start in achieving compliance.
