Pocket watches and pendulums are kitschy, but a shiny phone screen is much more hypnotic to the present day gaze. When we modernize how we talk about hypnosis, we can open minds, change public perceptions, and make it accessible to more people. Microdosing hypnosis is a metaphor for a more inclusive future. In this talk I'll share strategies and talking points I've developed that speak to clients who once thought hypnosis wasn't for people like them.
