This course is designed to identify the challenges of employing and managing the newest workforce, Generation Z. Attendees will understand this generation's behavior and attitudes at work. Easy to use solutions and techniques will provide a framework to manage that workforce with less frustration and more productivity. This session will be presented at all levels.

1. Compare and contrast the difference between Millennials and the newest human capital to the workforce, Generation Z.
2. Gain understanding of brain development, cultural, and societal changes that affect young employees performance and attitudes at work.
3. Identify the unique challenges of managing a young workforce and why they make management want to pull their hair out!
4. Discuss management techniques to improve performance. This includes dealing with attendance issues, emotional immaturity and other behaviors that interferes with company productivity and morale.
