This panel of roofing contractors will share ideas, successes and challenges of finding and retaining a strong workforce. The panel will discuss important questions surrounding the importance of company culture in attracting millennials and and overall diverse workforce.? They will focus on overall strategies and obstacles in recruiting and retaining labor in the office and in the field. Questions will include how these companies are dealing with local labor sources, recruiting the next generation for rooftop jobs and looking at new areas of labor savings techniques. These Contractor Influencers work in and own companies of all sizes and types including commercial and residential, from across the country.?This session will be presented at all levels.
