Two roofing industry professionals/owners and two risk management professionals who specialize in designing insurance and risk management programs for commercial roofers will describe and discuss the risk management practices utilized by roofers to help achieve and maintain their status as “elite” roofers. This session will be presented at all levels.

1. Evaluate that it is an intentional process, not random chance, to become an elite roofer.
2. Identify the specific risk management practices elite roofers utilize to achieve success.
3. Evaluate how leadership is the #1 requirement for risk management success and long-term sustainability.
