We are 25 years (or more) into the array of what most consider low slope membrane roofing choices.? Roofing systems, though, have become quite sophisticated as installation methods have evolved and roofing contractors face more and more choices.? Yet the basics of environment/climate, existing conditions, building design, etc. remain the constants that roofing professionals must understand when determining their best choice of a roofing system for a specific building.? This session will focus on what are the better/best options for given locations; what types of challenges roofing contractors face on projects and why a quality installation matters; and how to understand what went wrong and why when roofs don’t perform as expected.?
