In 2017, the American Institute of Architects (AIA) issued new editions of its most widely used construction contracts, including the AIA A 201 General Conditions. This course will inform the attendees of the most important changes incorporated in the 2017 edition of the AIA construction contracts executed by contractors, particularly pertaining to insurance requirements, and review several of the most important provisions in AIA construction contracts. ?
