Our work, in many cases, reminds us of a detective's work. Not knowing too many details, we try to put together various pieces of information in order to find the right answer, the right person, to reconnect people with their ancestors and the past. Interviewing people, using different tools, databases, archives and trying to understand decisions taken by our guests' ancestors, we manage to rebuild the family tree and to tell the forgotten history again. Each case is different and we try to treat everyone in individual way. It's important because we never know if a family gossip, weird name, random picture or inscription written in unknown language might give us a new trace.
