Patients get ?lost? in a practice for one of two reasons: the practice or patient dropped the ball. Either one did not follow up with the other or being unhappy, the patient left the practice. Without structured follow up, a practice neither knows the patient has moved on, nor the reason which caused the patient to leave. This course will present attendees with a total practice chart audit system that delivers concrete methods to find and remotivate patients who have fallen by the wayside.
