This course will provide attendees with the opportunity to experience a demonstration of the new provider community and become familiar with the several outreach initiatives being launched in 2016. The instructors will discuss what is new and upcoming from a program perspective. Attendees will participate in a live demonstration of the new tools available to streamline administrative burden and stay in touch with the MassHealth team. In addition, MassHealth will be available to answer questions around policy and regulatory matters.
