This course will provide attendees with the tools to overcome the considerable challenges in managing the soft-tissue in immediate molar implant placement. The harmony concept is a sutureless technique which utilizes an immediately customized chairside device to seal, support, and optimize immediate molar implant sites. The instructor will discuss and focus on the relevant anatomy when planning immediate molar implants and review the materials and instrumentation used to predictably implement this technique. Digital and traditional lab transfer of the soft-tissue emergence will also be reviewed. Clinical photography and video will be used throughout the lecture to convey principles clearly. Attendees will leave with an understanding of the advantages of immediate provisionalization and how these concepts also apply to the posterior immediate implant site.
