This presentation will provide an update on the provisions in NFPA 99 from the 1999 to the 2012 Edition of the Code, which CMS is currently considering adopting. If an announcement of CMS adoption is made prior to the Conference & Expo, this session will be adjusted to address any finalized revisions. In the event that CMS announces its intention to adopt the 2015 Edition, that will edition will be specifically discussed.
