This course will provide practical solutions and tips for living a healthy life in our busy world. Plant foods are the optimal fuel for our bodies for preventing disease and returning the body back to a state of health once in a disease state. The current recommendation is for us to eat seven to 13 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. The sad fact is that the majority of Americans do not come close to meeting this recommendation. Dr. Harrell's purpose with this course is to give attendees ideas to get more plant foods in their everyday busy life.
