Installers are usually the last people to have contact with a customer on any project. Therefore, often times what customers think of the installation crew is the impression they are left with for the entire operation. Installers are invited into people's homes and with that invitation comes an expectation of social respect and behavioral responsibility. From bad language to a misunderstanding with the customer, it can all affect the bottom line. Attend this engaging session where both the panel and participants will share their experiences, challenges, failures and innovative new ideas. You?ll leave with a better understanding of how installers can make or break future and referral business.
Upon completion of this session, you should be able to:
? Effectively prepare the customer for the installation process, so that there are no unpleasant surprises
? Discuss the most common challenges and misunderstandings that arise when installing a job and how to prevent them
? Identify the best installer(s) for each job, remembering that attitude and people skills can be just as important as technical proficiency
? Apply new ideas to increase future and referral business and increase profitability
