This session teams participants up in a competitive format to address various marketing and sales challenges via typical scenarios. Participants will learn how others would tackle the same challenges and be able to compare their team?s solutions to other teams and to the session leaders? perspectives. Participants will leave with more solutions than they would typically think of, for better business results. They will also experience and learn this useful technique so they can run their own competitions in staff meetings.
Upon completion of this session, participants should be able to:
? Describe several possible solutions to various marketing and sales challenges posed by the facilitators
? Analyze the value of their current process for solving marketing and sales challenges
? Utilize this new competitive format technique to view future marketing and sales challenges differently
? Build a resource network of other owners, salespeople, and/or peers who can provide input on future business challenges
