This workshop examines the responsibilities, tasks and skills of effective child specialists in ADR. These insights resulted from a Delphi study of an interdisciplinary panel of experts. Participants will gain an understanding of successful functioning of a child specialist, how research informs practice and will join the discussion on this issue.
