If you want your business to grow, you must find effective help. Your help is responsible for a portion of your income. Hire the wrong person and it can cost you up to three times that person’s annual salary. Recruiting should not be a reaction to fill a vacancy. If you hire under pressure, you’ll always hire beneath your standards. Good employees are not hard to find, they are just hard to find quickly. Product knowledge and selling skills can be taught; work ethic, mental capacity, ego-drive, drive for achievement, and passion cannot. This seminar will teach you how to prepare and create a strategy for finding and keeping talented employees.
At the end of this forum, participants should be able to:
Identify the four key roles of managers
Employ an effective recruiting strategy
Describe the most common hiring mistakes and how to create an effective hiring process
Explain what it takes to keep talented employees
