HIIE (High Intensity Interval Exercise) – HIIE has various well-documented health benefits, including better glucose regulation, weight loss, and most importantly, taming of abnormal insulin values. Anything that says "High Intensity" can be approached with a mixture of enthusiasm and caution: we will discuss and demonstrate just how intense we can get, with good intervals of rest, regardless of the condition we bring to the session. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring water and something to wipe off a few beads of sweat.
