Pathology of the blood in Chinese medicine relates to thyroid problems in western medicine: low energy, fatigue, difficulty in concentration, poor memory, low libido, feeling cold, menstrual cramps, fibroids, insomnia, anxiety, depression, sugar cravings, hair thinning/loss, dry skin. These are some of the typical symptoms of blood deficiency and they are commonly seen in any healthcare office.
