Can these two seemingly opposite approaches co-exist? We will show how a case can be Collaborative AND require forensic accounting. This session will track a real case of how forensic accounting approaches were utilized in the Collaborative process. We will explore approaches that enable and encourage a "reluctant" primary earner to be forthcoming. These analyses can assist the non-earner spouse to trust the numbers and have the confidence to move forward – without litigation.
