This workshop offers a structured approach to managing and avoiding potential impasse using separate meetings with each client, their lawyer and the neutral MH P to uncover the internal struggles fueling impasse, and then using the understandings gained to create resolution. Using CP trained, integrated individual therapists will also be examined.
