Session Description: At last years conference a panel talked to the art of possible technologies in the claims space that enable straight through processing. This year we will engage in an open panel that will look at how technologies have advanced over the year in both the underwriting and claims space for LTC . We will discuss the competencies these technologies have enabled, and the corresponding benefits for LTC. Particular focus will be on what we can learn from other product lines and how to sell the straight through processing concepts in the LTC space.
