As ministries grow and duties become more specialized, one can feel isolated or unappreciated.  Compound that with the fact that we are all individuals with different histories, cultures, gifts and weaknesses. Lack of common mission within a team can lead to apathy, conflict, inefficiency, decreased morale, and poor patient care.

The dental team at Esperanza Health Center (Philadelphia, PA) will share their joys and challenges of committing to a shared mission. Topics will include:
