Community-based health clinics have a unique opportunity to not only address the health of the individuals, but to build collaborative partnerships with their neighbors to address broader issues of health in the community. This workshop will introduce clinicians to a low-cost, high-impact strategy to engage neighborhoods in their catchment areas to see transformation of the people and bring health to their communities.
