Recovery from Vegetarianism

Kaayla Daniel, PhD: Recovery from Vegan and Vegetarian Diets
Did you once eat a vegetarian or vegan diet in the belief that it would bring personal and planetary health? Did you ever believe soy was a "health food" and fail to "practice safe soy?" Sadly, if you or your family are now experiencing significant health challenges, simply adopting a WAPF diet may not be enough. In this lecture, Dr. Kaayla Daniel will help you chart a road to recovery by focusing on digestive wellness, thyroid health, hormone production and brain chemistry balancing. In addition to suggesting safe and natural food-based remedies, she will discuss the role of laboratory assessment to help determine what supplements could best address excesses, deficiencies and imbalances of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fatty acids.
