Robert Rick graduated from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan with degrees in both Automotive Marketing and Business Administration. Robert's experience includes program development, consulting and training for single and Multi-shop owned (MSO) collision repair centers. Many of the automobile manufacturers have also utilized Robert's expertise in consulting and training programs nationally and internationally. He has also designed, developed and installed dealership and body shop computer systems throughout the United States. During the past 15 years, his area of responsibility was the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and facilitating training programs at a large MSO with over 100 collision repair centers. Other areas of responsibility included auditing, process improvement, insurance training and career development of team members. Between training sessions, Robert spent most his time in the collision repair centers coaching and insuring the use of Standard Operation Procedures. Robert has also done many special presentations for 20 groups and national organizations over the past 20 years. In January of 2011, Robert started his own training and consulting company called RR Custom Solutions LLC. The focus of the company is to offer his years of experience in helping others become more profitable while creating work environments rewarding to both employees and owners.
