Dell has adopted Microsoft Office SharePoint to run its corporate intranet, corporate directory, global HR sites, local HR sites and new Digital HR strategy which allows custom portals for each individual member of Dell. This session will review how they did it and why they chose SharePoint. Jay Markunas and Michelle LaBrie will discuss the benefits of using SharePoint over other web technologies. Jay Markunas, Global HR Web Product Manager, Dell Computers, has overseen successful implementation projects involving HR technology and HR web. He has been in HR Technology for over 17 years, and is a speaker at many events on social media, careers, and technology.

Michelle LaBrie, Global HR Web Project Manager, Dell Computers, is an HR Project Manager leading Dell's Digital HR Strategy. Michelle has been with Dell for over 9 years with experience ranging from IT project management, development, and HR technology and strategy.
