present in Memorial Hermann's story of change from a paper-intensive
communication channel to a dynamic online portal. With a roaring
success not only on reducing paper but on deflecting service center
calls, Cindy Rippel and Chris Keys will share some of the design ideas,
stakeholder buy-in, implementation plan and content lifecycle that went
into the launch of the new HR portal. Memorial Hermann's vision is to
grow from here, establishing the portal as the nerve center of all HR
communications.

Cindy Rippel, Director of Benefits and Wellness, Memorial Hermann,
started her career in Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution
consulting with Towers Watson and is currently Director of Benefits and
Wellness for one of the top five Hospital systems in the nation.
Chris Keys, Americas Technology Leader, Towers Watson, has worked
across the world to establish service centers, strategize on phased
deployment of portals and total rewards, and addressed the challenges of
managing talent across a spectrum of industries.
