In a perfect world, a company-wide business system solution would not only include an HCM solution but would also have the HCM solution in place first. The world, however, is seldom perfect and HCM solutions occasionally must be implemented after other business solutions are in place. This session will provide the tools necessary to have a successful implementation when "Following Finance." The session takes an "applications agnostic" approach in identifying integration points, shared data, roles and responsibilities, and pitfalls when implementing an integrated HCM solution when financials or other applications have already been implemented and are using "HR" data.

Joseph Aston, PHR, Practice Lead, TITAN GS, has over fourteen years' experience in human resources as both a consultant and practitioner. Joe has been involved in over twenty HCM implementations across various industries. He is also an Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist.

Michelle Nackrelli, HRIS Manager, WESCO, has over 10 years' experience with HCM solutions and implementations. She has experience in implementing and integrating the Oracle HCM Suite of Applications, PeopleSoft HCM and CRM modules, and other ancillary applications and systems.
