In this session you will learn how Penske shifted their staffing focus using
IHRIM's Advanced Staffing Flow Dynamic model. In 2008, Penske's
human resources department launched an initiative to transform into
a customer-focused unit primarily driven by business needs. One pain
point rose to the top - Penske had no recruiting process. To remedy this
issue, the HR team developed a talent management strategy leveraging
technology to reduce hiring cycle time, monitor internal bench strength
and select the best candidate.

Leasing, began her career at Penske 15 years ago as a Logistics Analyst
and progressed through Project Manager, Major Account Manager, Black
Belt and Master Black Belt roles before transferring to HR in 2011.
Mario Matesic, Senior Financial Analyst-HR, Penske Truck Leasing,
transitioned to Human Resources 3 years ago with a background in
Finance and a Master's Degree in Business Administration to focus on the
Human Capital Analytics function at Penske.
