Economic trade has become a global affair with goods being produced and shipped around the world. Insects and pathogens are all too often unintentional stowaways and find themselves in new lands with a host of new plant material to explore as a food source. If left unchecked, some, like the Asian longhorned beetle (ALB) and Emerald ash borer (EAB), have the potential to dramatically change the natural forest and landscapes of the Northeast.
• Take a close look at ALB, EAB, viburnum leaf beetle, lily leaf beetle, marmorated stinkbug, winter moth, and hemlock woolly adelgid
• Learn about the proper and safe use of the latest management options & controls
• Gain insight into what you can do to stop the spread of these exotic invaders
