Attend this session to learn about the process for conducting a provider observation study that connects to Press Ganey patient experience data and helps improve both provider and patient experience. The aim of this observational study was to understand the communication processes and behaviors used by providers that are correlated with a high degree of patient experience. Attendees will hear about the process used, the outcomes of the study, and how the organization used the results to engage providers in coaching and use of Press Ganey tools and reporting.
