In 2018, Texas Health Behavioral Health, part of Texas Health Resources, set a goal to raise its patient satisfaction scores. Using Lean Six Sigma principles and evidence-based patient satisfaction tactics, Texas Health Behavioral Health designed a leader rounding program and piloted it at its Dallas location. The program, which resulted in significant improvements in that facility?s Overall Rating survey scores, has since been successfully implemented in all other Texas Health Behavioral Health locations.
