In 2018, Texas Health Behavioral Health, part of Texas Health Resources, set a goal to raise its patient satisfaction scores. Using Lean Six Sigma principles and evidence-based patient satisfaction tactics, Texas Health Behavioral Health designed a leader rounding program and piloted it at its Dallas location.
