Recognizing that nurse managers play an important role in developing the practice environment, NYU Langone Hospital?Brooklyn has invested in teaching nurse managers how to leverage the NDNQI? nursing practice environment survey to build an exemplary practice environment that benefits the entire nursing organization. To start, senior nursing leadership and the quality team collaborated to structure a comprehensive education program designed specifically for nurse managers. Attend this session to learn more about how this facility used interactive meetings to disseminate the education to clinical staff, in turn driving organizational change that has enhanced the nursing practice environment.
