Hitting a home run in patient experience requires that leaders round all the bases. In this workshop, attendees will learn about an interactive program developed by Atrium Health to engage, inform, and inspire leaders and designees on the basics of leader rounding. Called Rounding on All the Bases, the program, which utilizes adult learning methodologies, provides leaders with the tools and resources needed to connect and interact with patients and families, evaluate and validate teammate behaviors, coach and provide feedback to teams, and identify and improve operations as they relate to driving the patient experience for their work unit.
