In this session, presenters will share how Providence St. Joseph Health partnered with Press Ganey to create and field an internal survey for measuring ED caregivers? and physicians? perceptions of the patient experience. Among the results of the survey was the fact that one of the greatest opportunities for improvement was to have a patient experience definition that could be easily described to others. In this session, attendees will learn the key aspects of creating such a definition in support of bringing alignment to caregivers and physician efforts to improve the patient experience.
