The session will focus on how Hartford HealthCare integrated Lean principles and process improvement methodology with purposeful leader rounding to impact patient experience. The speaker will address the processes the medical group practice used to create a workgroup and implement a best practice that complemented existing work and improved both patient experience and employee engagement. The speaker will also share how the program was piloted and the results that have been achieved thus far.
