Lower than expected patient experience scores and negative comments were the initial drivers to refocus as a team in the Maternal Child division at Lenox Hill Hospital, part of Northwell Health, and look at service through the eyes of the patient. Employee engagement data mirrored a similar message of dissatisfaction. This session will share this team?s journey to create an environment of trust, respect, and teamwork.
