Retreat Behavioral Health uses evidence-based practices to treat and foster positive outcomes for patients suffering from mental health-related issues. In an effort to develop a more patient-centric culture, leaders established best practices that utilize the principles of trauma-informed care, which is grounded in an understanding of and responsiveness to trauma prevalence, impact, and recovery in the delivery of behavioral health care. In addition to discussing this approach to care, this session?s presenters will explain how to leverage Press Ganey scores and introduce new staff to this patient-centered mindset.
