This session will describe how the South Shore Hospital executive team and Division of Cultural Transformation used Press Ganey patient, employee and medical staff survey data to stimulate improvement. The data was used to inform organizational learning and leadership development priorities in order to guide the hospital?s 10-year, ongoing journey to excellence. Presenters will provide detailed descriptions of service culture, patient- and family-centered care principles and Lean management approaches.
