This session will focus on the approach used to improve individual physician patient satisfaction scores in the cardiovascular service line within the Geisinger Health System. The significance of active physician leadership will be highlighted with special emphasis given to the specific actions that increased the success rate of this project. All steps taken, from the initial planning and goal setting to the training and coaching, will be presented and detailed results will be shared.
