Scott Grzybek is the proud founder of Zukay Live Foods, makers of the world's healthiest beverages (KVASS!) and salad dressings. As a former marketing executive for several major food manufacturers, Scott found himself in the uncomfortable position of selling products he wouldn't eat. After several years of deep thought based around Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions, Scott came up with Zukay as a way to bring the health benefits of raw, fermented vegetables back into the American mainstream.
