The Dot Calm Café serves 350 meals per day with a mission of providing superior nutrition and education by offering the best tasting, highest quality, nutrient dense, chemical-free food to employees and guests. The Dot Calm Café is committed to sourcing its food from local, sustainable and organic producers. Beyond this, the café is providing lacto-fermented drinks and vegetables, preparing homemade stocks for stews and soups, cooking with saturated fats, and much more. This seminar will describe in detail how the café of a large corporation evolved into serving real food, some of the hurdles involved, the educational approach, and the culture in which this great food is embedded.

Scott Bevins is the Head Life Coach for Dealer.Com.  Through holistic means, Scott educates and encourages company employees to seek and achieve their personal health potential.   As Head Life Coach, he conducts wellness seminars and writes articles on a variety of topics from food, exercise, and stress to ergonomics, sleep, and digestion.  To address specific needs, Scott works with employees 1-on-1 on various personal goals ranging from weight loss topain relief.  
 
Scott works with Dealer.Com’s café manager to aid in the mission of providing nourishing food to company employees by sourcing the best food possible, exploring alternate suppliers to maintain food quality, and to seek out local, sustainable options as they become available.

A wellness industry advocate and professional for 11 years, Scott is a CHEK Institute trained professional holding certifications as a Level 2 Corrective Exercise Practitioner and Level 3 Holistic Lifestyle Coach.  Scott is trained in functional medicine through the Kalish Method Functional Medicine Program and as a structural therapist through Neurosomatic Educators.
