All attendees are encouraged to participate by presenting a problem or sharing a solution. The topics will vary depending upon the questions received from the audience, but will include areas such as: managing employees, including incentive programs, hiring, training and retaining good employees, OSHA inspections, how to handle customer complaints regarding the outcome of a project, tracking costs, pricing jobs, and social media. Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to: ? Describe the top administrative challenges faced by most fabricators today ? Identify possible solutions to the most common administrative problems ? Evaluate methods for more profitable installations ? Implement at least two new ideas/methods to improve their business
